Disciplinary Program:

Sample program covers employer responsibilities for providing progressive discipline to employees for health and safety program infractions (Sample program only).

Employee Safety Handbook:

Sample program provides sample handbook outlining employer/employee duties on wide range of health and safety topics outlining basic responsibilities/requirements (Sample program only).

Fit for Duty Safety Program:

Sample program covers employer/employee responsibilities for ensuring employees are Fit-for-Duty before and after a work day/shift (Sample program only).

Hazard Identification Program:

Sample program covers employer responsibilities to conduct assessments of workplace hazards, categorize and provide for remediation through engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment, to include formal/inspection inspections (Sample program only).

Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness Program:

Sample program covers information for employers to train employees on the chemical properties, specific hazards, potential for exposures, engineering controls and work practices, respiratory protection, hazard communication and training (Sample program only).

Hyperthermia & Hypothermia Safety Program:
